About the Instructor👽✌️

It is a pleasure to have you here, my name is Alejandro, in the musical world I am better known as Dark Envelope, I am an artist, mentor, DJ-Producer and music composer who loves to share knowledge with people and always invites inner reflection when it comes to obstacles that can be crossed in the path of music and in life in general.

Since I was 8 years old I began to feel an unwavering passion for music and the mysteries of life, learning to play the piano at that age and learning songs by ear, being part of the school band as a keyboardist also helped me a lot to perfect this craft, although it was since 2017 that I began professionally to learn the art of music production.

My profound passion for music, has impulsed me to learn even more, what the trades of sound synthesis, arrangement of compositions, recording, advanced mixing of electronic music and predetermined mixing, mastering, vocal production, music therapy, musical marketing, branding, graphic design, animation and the use of AI in many processes that help facilitate work in every step. I had acquired all this knowledge studying at the DNA Music academy in Bogota obtaining the title as a Professional music maker and audio/recorder technician and with pride to study in the best world music university Berklee College of Music (Boston, MA), obtaining the title as a General Music Scientist, delving into various important crafts as an Electronic Music Musician, Professional Music Composer, Intricate Managing of Ableton & Protools, Music-therapist, Record engineering & Vocal Arrangement/Production, Modern Music Marketer among other important issues to master these arts. Some of recognized students and artists that have been part of this prestigious university are names like: Quicy Jones, John Mayer, Charlie Puth, Megan Trainor, Esperanza Spalding, Fanny Lu, Karol G, Among other recognized ones. I'm sure you probably have heard one of them!

For 18 consecutive years I have dedicated myself to studying, performing and analyzing to a large extent everything that has to do with the art of music, production and achieving high quality authentic sound, I also dedicated myself to exploring the art of design, animation and philosophy. However, making music is what really resonates within me and for this, is why I have studied it in depth.

As I have gone through life and like every human being I have had many challenges that have made me question many things about my existence in this world and what my purpose is here and now. What I have concluded is that my soul is enriched by offering my service as an instructor and as a music producer, helping many people to love their music and have the love to know their secrets, who need to improve their productions, perfect their style and add authenticity and quality to musical pieces, so I am sure that with this program, It will be a great starting point for you to achieve your goals in this field of music.

Various artists and clients have given the guarantee that my work is unique in itself, being a pioneer of the sound, branding and marketing that I have put into practice working with them,That been said, I am a faithful believer that all the solutions reside from within, since we have with us the magic, wisdom and ability to face any challenge of our existence, perfecting each discipline with determination, working every day on projects that enrich each experience and gives us the opportunity to teach this art, with all the love and effort that is required.
